When you play DamnedSchool, we only collect the data necessary to provide the multiplayer functionality:
Player identifiers: e.g., Unity Player ID, Lobby ID, Relay ID
Connection data: IP address, port information, connection status
Session data: information about lobby participation (e.g., player name, time joined, session duration)
Gameplay data: data required for game progress and synchronization (e.g., character positions)
We do not store chat content or private player-to-player messages.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process this data solely for the purpose of:
establishing connections between players via Unity Relay,
managing multiplayer lobbies via Unity Lobby,
ensuring a stable and fair player experience,
troubleshooting and maintaining technical security.

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), as the data is required to provide multiplayer functionality.

5. Storage and Deletion

Lobby and Relay session data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective game session.
After that, the data is automatically deleted or anonymized.
No permanent storage of personal data takes place.

For multiplayer functionality, we rely on services provided by Unity Technologies:
